Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in offering premium handcrafted sarees, where each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handwork, every saree is unique.

Return Eligibility (3-Day Policy)
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

An unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must be recorded from the beginning, without cuts, clearly showing the package being opened and the product condition.

Note:
Return requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product received is damaged

You have received the wrong item

There is a major defect in the product

Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following situations:

Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences

Slight irregularities in design or threads (as these are part of handmade products)

Change of mind after purchase

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Important Information
All our sarees are handcrafted, and slight imperfections are natural characteristics of handmade products. These should not be considered defects.
